Signing in
Starting from the website
Use Get started from the landing page. You will pass through a short gateway that checks whether you are already signed in.
- If you are not signed in, you will be sent to the login page.
- If you are signed in, you will continue to department selection.
- If loading persists on the gateway, use Login in the site header to open the login page directly.
Logging in
Sign in with the email and password or Google sign-in. If you cannot log in, contact your administrator.
Choosing a department
After login, if you belong to more than one department, you will see a list. Pick the one you want to work in for this session. Your choice is saved so the rest of the app (availability, filters, etc.) uses the right department context.
If you have no departments, you will see an empty state. An administrator must add you to a department before you can use scheduling features.
If your membership is ADMIN for a department, the app will open the separate admin application for that organization instead of the student workspace. See Roles & access.
